The Think Tank, in partnership with the forums, provides additional value stream for members/sponsors. Companies get access to leading-edge research on the subject of leadership strategy and development. Research resources produced by the h2c will be for the exclusive use of member firms. Selected research agendas specific to developing leadership talent, such as understanding the importance of wellness and executive health and life balance for better leadership, will be explored and investigated by the h2c research teams. This cutting-edge research will be generated on an annual basis. It will be available through the h2c website and may also be published in management and business periodicals and leading edge executive journals, such as Fast Company, Compass, Leader to Leader, and the Harvard Business Review.
