Retained by her former firm, Accenture, Cathy acted as the executive coach to their top high potential women leaders in the North East region and designed a training program to transfer this knowledge entitled “ High Performance Coaching”. Cathy is always available to help organizations achieve their best. Cathy takes particular pride in being the Canyon Ranch speaker on the Queen Mary II World Tour 2007 from Sydney to Dubai.
