Dan Baker, Ph.D.
Dan Baker, Ph.D., a licensed psychologist, is founding director of the Canyon Ranch Life Enhancement Program. Since 1988, his mission has been to engage guests of Canyon Ranch—some of the world’s highest-achieving people—in emotionally connecting with their well being. Dan often coaches and consults with CEOs, corporate officers, and their organizations.
Baker wrote the best-seller What Happy People Know: How the New Science of Happiness Can Change Your Life for the Better, a Reader’s Digest pick of the month and the subject of a Time Magazine special issue over story. His articles have appeared in publications ranging from O Magazine and Prevention to Fast Company. An adjunct lecturer at the University of Arizona Medical College, he has also facilitated and taught at Harvard Business School.
Cathy L. Greenberg, Ph.D.
Cathy L. Greenberg, Ph.D., is an internationally recognized authority in leadership effectiveness and optimizing workforce performance. She specializes in executive coaching, eLeadership, and personal and organizational transformation.
Greenberg served as a founding partner of Accenture’s Institute for Strategic Change, leading a multi-year research effort to examine the behaviors and competencies required for success as a global leader. A sought-after speaker, contributor to more than 50 articles, contributor to The Future of Leadership edited by Warren Bennis, and co-author of Global Leadership: The Next Generation with Marshall Goldsmith, Cathy and her work have been featured in media ranging from Fortune to the New York Times, CNN to the BBC. She was the founder and executive director of the Institute for Strategic Leadership, LeBow College of Business at Drexel University, one of only two nationally recognized leadership institutes headed by women.
Greenberg and Baker are co-founders of h2c, Happy Companies, Healthy People, the first organization to specialize in coaching leaders and their teams on the art and science of positive psychology to build happy, high-performance teams.
