She is able to combine both scientific objectivity and passion in her work. She is one of the few professionals in our field that can be effectively practical and idealistic at the same time.

Members and member firms will be granted admission into h2c by select criteria, by demonstrating a strong commitment to leadership development, and through their dedication to growing, coaching, and mentoring leadership talent.
All memberships will be established on an individual basis to fit the needs of the individual or the organizations we serve. Member firms can join on an annual or lifetime basis. The process simply begins through open dialog and a deep desire to engage, inspire, and get involved.
Often membership comes at a time of need through growth opportunities, leadership challenges or individual transitions. We are here when you are ready.

Standard consulting arrangements are discussed on an individual basis. We believe our fees and rates are comparable with the current market and we strive to create both value based arrangements and performance based arrangements as desired.
While h2c products are distributed through our for profit organization, our strong desire to support the growth of happy healthy companies has created a 501 (c)3 nonprofit foundation. We believe in making a contribution to society to help those who otherwise could not achieve their goals.
Our ability to make a difference as Coaches, Consultants and Researchers comes from membership dollars and research sponsorship. Of course, it is also possible to generously sponsor our efforts to create world-class leadership value through corporate or individual gifts towards research, forums, or conferences and the development of leadership tools and publications. We are pleased to explore special opportunities with you including memorial gifts and tributes. Multi-year memberships and gifts help to sustain and ensure the future of leadership innovations at h2c.
Membership in the h2c Leadership Foundation varies based upon the size and revenues of the organization. Please feel free to email us for further details.
Importantly, with the exception of the consulting services dollars, a portion of your membership fee can count towards a charitable contribution. As with any contribution of this nature, we advise you to seek council from your tax professional.
